Welcome to Blue Star Home Care. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and any interactions with Blue Star Home Care. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
Blue Star Home Care provides non-medical and medical home care services, including but not limited to personal care, companionship, medication reminders, and homemaking, as permitted by state and federal law.
2. Client Eligibility
To receive services from Blue Star Home Care, you must:
Be legally eligible to receive home care services
Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and medical information
Sign a service agreement outlining care terms, payment, and scope of services
3. Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule a visit, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service termination.
4. Payments and Billing
Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement and may vary based on the type of care, insurance coverage, or program eligibility. You are responsible for all charges not covered by insurance or state programs.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension or discontinuation of services.
5. Use of Website and Online Content
By using our website, you agree to:
Not engage in unauthorized access, copying, or alteration of website content
Refrain from transmitting harmful code, spam, or any disruptive actions
Respect the copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property on the site
6. Privacy and Confidentiality

8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services for reasons including, but not limited to:
Non-payment
Inappropriate behavior toward staff
Providing false information
Violations of these Terms
You may also discontinue services at any time with written notice.
9. Modifications to Terms
Blue Star Home Care may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Minnesota.

So many questions and no clear answer. Take no more action. Call us and we will be happy to assist you. We can meet with you and explain in detail the service we will be providing to you. We will provide a match caregiver that will work well with you or if you prefer, we will hire the person of your choice to work with you whether it is a friend, a neighbor, or family member.
Everyday there are many persons receiving services who are not satisfied with the personal care services they are receiving from where they currently are. We are here to help each person develop a care plan that will tailor to their needs. Listening and addressing your concerns are what we do best at Blue Star Home Health Care. We promise to help you make a smooth transition of service to our agency as quick as possible. Turnaround time for transfer of services takes about two to four weeks. Let us work together.
Call – Call our intake specialist to inquire about services related to your need. We will walk you through the process and give you the information needed to call for an assessment.
Assessment – An assessor will come out to determine the services needed and how many hours you will qualify for.
Home Care Service– Services begin when you are determined to be eligible for services by the assessor.
